SHIPPING

We offer standard and courier service depending on your country of origin. Shipping costs are calculated at the checkout based on your shipping address and order weight. Please contact us if shipping to your country is not available at the checkout.

Our order processing time is up to 48h (except weekends) and once the package is sent it usually reaches the destination in 2-7 business days in Europe and in 7-14 business days outside of Europe. Please note that all delivery times are estimates and although we aim to deliver your order as fast as possible we cannot be held responsible for courier delays and circumstances out of our control.

International shipments outside of European Union are sent DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid) which means the buyer is responsible for any import taxes or delivery fees once the package enters the country. Please contact your local customs office for current charges before placing an order, to avoid being surprised by unexpected charges.

RETURNS

We carefully inspect your order before we ship it off. But if your order is not exactly what you expected, just send it back to us un-opened within 14 days of receipt and we'll provide a refund or exchange. The cost of getting the package back to us is yours but we will happily cover the cost of sending any replacement to you. In case of a refund please note that the original shipping costs are not eligible for a refund.
